How to register Oracle Customer as a Trading Partner in OBN

Hi Team,

Here is the scenario - My client is in Oracle Fusion and they have invited suppliers to be onboarded as a trading partner in OBN. One of the existing suppliers is also in Oracle and they want to part of the OBN.

There are two options available in the "https://businessnetwork.oracle.com" URL. If the company is already an Oracle Fusion customer, then it is mentioned that to use Oracle Fusion to register themself as a trading partner, but no other information has been provided. When the create the OBN account from Oracle Fusion login, "Order to Cash" business flow is not available in the OBN login.
