Delete Icon Not Working for Files on “Generate Goals and Strategies” on Redwood Page

I am unable to delete an uploaded file from the "Generate Goals and Strategies" page within business plans.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new business plan under any existing account.
  2. Navigate to "Smart Actions" and choose "Generate Goals and Strategies."
  3. Upload a file.
  4. Allow the file to process.
  5. Attempt to delete the uploaded file using the delete icon (as shown in the attached screenshot).

Observed Result:
The file record is not removed from the page after clicking the delete icon. Additionally, the option to process the file remains visible next to the delete icon.

Question:
How can I completely remove the uploaded file record from the “Generate Goals and Strategies” page?
