We would like clarification on the impact of the upcoming Daylight Saving Time (DST) change planned for November on various Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Learning and others.

From our understanding, Oracle Fusion HCM stores all time related data in UTC format and the display of these times is adjusted according to each user’s regional time zone preference. Is this correct ? and If this is correct, then we assume there should be no functional impact due to the DST change ?

We would like to confirm the following points:

• Does Oracle Fusion HCM indeed store all date/time data in UTC and display it based on the user’s time zone setting?
