Unable to updated offer assignment dff fields

Hi Team,

We are trying to update offer assignment dff fields, with the below dat file, data is loading but in the front end data is not reflecting for the dff fields and when we check in backend tables data is reflecting and also when I load the dat file, I am able to see 2 records in the offer page (should not happen), please suggest what I am missing in the dat file, or is there any other dat file I need to use for Job offer assignment DFF update
