Trigger an AI Agent via Mail Intake

According to the Oracle AI Agent Studio documentation, it should be possible to trigger AI Agents based on email intake.

AI agents and AI automation in Oracle Fusion Applications

I wasn’t able to find any Oracle documentation detailing the setup of these functionalities.
Could someone from Oracle please clarify whether these features are currently enabled, and if not, when they are expected to become available according to the roadmap?
