How to delete completly a person into the system

Hello everyone,

a few days vago, we deleted an employment relationship for a person who had the person number 105467.

The relationship was recreated, and now the person—with the same first and last name, mail, address and many other info —has the person number 105703.

When I go to person number 105703 to assign the personal identifier for external application, I get the following error:

"The identifier 500 is used by First Name Last Name, person number 105467. (PER-1532146)"

When navigating the system, I only see one version of the person, which is the one with number 105703. In the Security Console → Users, I noticed there were two records corresponding to the same person. I deleted the old user and kept only the new one.
