What column is the Awarding Status script in NFR_ATTRIB.csv (for FasExternalAwardEvent.xml)?

The External Non-Federal Funds will use the Awarding Status script in NFR_ATTRIB.csv when the award status is omitted in FasExternalAwardEvent.xml. It looks like this script would return "Estimated" or "Awarded". But which NFR_ATTRIB.csv column is that?
