Default data set are not available in the data set area.

in Spend Classification

Hello Oracle Team,

I am trying to work on the default data sets, however the default ones are not available in the data set section.
Also, I am getting an error when open spend classification area as shown in the attachments below.



Please advise if there are some scheduled processes to run or something is missing in the feature enablement.
