500 server error while calling inventory API inventoryCompletedTransactions

Hi, I am trying to call following Oracle Fusion Inventory API but it is giving error 500 Internal Server Error in postman,

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/inventoryCompletedTransactions/300000015245789

but if I remove parameters,

At least one of the following attributes Transaction, Organization, OrganizationId, WorkOrderExternalSystemGroupId is required.
