Communication to Finance team regarding a prepayment invoice.

Summary:

Process Flow:
1. PR gets created manually
2. PR is converted into a Complex PO using a Document builder.
3. After the validation and Approval of a PO, it will be work confirmed.

4. Once work confirmed, we need to create an invoice for the PO.

5. At the time of invoice creation, finance team should be aware that there is a prepayment (Partial amount) done for the PO already.

For this a Communication Note needs to be sent to finance team regarding the Prepayment already done for this PO.
