Absence Approval Workflow Issue: Manager Entry Not Auto-Approving as Configured

Hello,

I am having an issue with the below approval workflow

Requirement
When a manager submits an absence request on behalf of an employee for absence types- Personal Unpaid Leave, Military Leave, or Education Leave, the request should be auto-approved. After auto-approval, an FYI notification should be sent to the local HR AOR

Issue
Instead of auto-approving when a manager submits one of these absence requests, the system shows the transaction as being submitted by the manager. The approval task is then assigned back to the same manager having them manually approve the absence request they just submitted
