Putaway of serial controlled items in WMS is not reflecting back in fusion

Created a PO in Oracle fusion 25C and interfaced it to oracle WMS 25C
The PO has serial controlled items and we received and did Putaway of items in WMS but only the items with 'SO,TO,WO Pick' are reflecting in Fusion
Item with 'dynamic entry at inventory receipt' are not reflecting and the error is
'Progress : WMSINB-23840, |The serial number validation couldn't be completed.|The request to process material has completed.The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred while validating the associated lots or serials numbers.'

How to solve this issue and what is correct combination ?
