We are currently exploring Oracle AI Agent Studio and would like some clarification regarding its data capabilities within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Can AI Agents in Oracle respond using live or dynamic data from HCM modules? For example:

Core HR:

• “Who all are in our team?”
• “Show my direct reports.”
• “What is the current headcount by department or location?”

Absence Management:

• “Who is absent today?”
• “Show employees currently on leave.”
• “What is my remaining annual leave balance?”

Payroll:

• “When is the next payroll run scheduled?”
• “What is my last payslip amount?”
• “List employees whose payroll is pending approval.”
