whats is Oracle Cloud Console and how is it diffrent from Test,Dev or Prod env

We are preparing to configure the Udemy Business integration in Oracle Learning Cloud and need clarification on the role of the Oracle Cloud Console and how it differs from the Dev/Test/Prod environments. The Udemy integration guide instructs us to “access Oracle Cloud Console > Identity & Security > Domain” to enable integration for Dev or Prod. Please can you confirm the following:

  • A short description of what the Oracle Cloud Console is and how it relates to a Fusion environment (Dev/Test/Prod).
  • Whether each environment (Dev, Test, Prod) has a separate Cloud Console endpoint and separate tenancy/identity configuration.
  • The recommended environment for initial setup and validation of the Udemy integration.
