How to display a specific supplier as the first value in a custom value set?

Hi everyone,

our client has requested the creation of a custom field that extracts the list of registered suppliers. Therefore, I created the field with the following value set:

However, the request is to display a specific supplier as the first value in the list.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to set a certain value to appear first?
