is it possible to duplicate Document Records under My Client Groups

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

is it possible to duplicate quick actions Document Records and move it under different folder? for example, employment.

Currently, i duplicated the Document Records under My Client Groups and moved it under Employment under My Client groups. the flow and other parameters seems to be identical. i also ran the regenerate data security profiles and Regenerate Data Grants processes but i do not see any employee data and also i am see that the label is displayed as "People" instead of "Document Records". Please advise. Thank you!
