Notification of HTS/ECCN Classification code changes

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

Currently GTM has subscription to Descartes.

My question is, The item 'X' is classified for HTS Code 'A' & ECCN Code 'B'. If there are changes in the ECCN code or HTS code for the Item 'X', Do we get any notification or how to identify such changes and re classify the item 'X'

Is this something user has to review manually or can we set up an automation agent.
