Is it possible to schedule a JOB with same business object more than once!?

Hi Team, We have ran the below mentioned business object in BICC (test instance) with immediate. If we re-run it whether the whole data will be extracted or only incremental data.

Data Store Key : FscmTopModelAM.FinExtractAM.ApBiccExtractAM.InvoiceLineExtractPVO

Since, We tried to schedule the same job once again. However the extract didn't contain any data.

Kindly clarify whether is it intended functionality or any issue.
