T-Mobile is requesting Oracle to introduce a native capability for configuration migration and lifecycle management across Oracle Cloud ERP environments (Development, Test, and Production).

Currently, configuration changes must be manually replicated across environments, creating risk of inconsistencies, dependency issues, and limited traceability. A configuration transport framework would provide a governed, auditable, and automated way to move configuration updates safely through the environment path.

ERP environments need a standardized, controlled process for promoting configuration changes. Manual replication introduces:
