Is there a way to create a display name for our system sender email address?

Summary:

We are looking for a way we can create a display name for sender email address that is coming from our system. When we set up our DKIM, we determined DoNotReply.ERP@healthpartners.com as our sender email, however when that comes to our mailbox we'd like to have a better display name. Is there an option to set this up anywhere? We tried to create an outlook contact for that email with a display name and that did not work. We previously worked with Oracle via an SR to set up this email and the DKIM.
