Enabled Bargaining Unit and Union field but still not visible in Position Details page

Enabled Bargaining Unit and Union field but still not visible in Position Details page. The fields are not visible while the position details page is in display (read only mode). When get into the update mode, the fields are visible. Are there any known issues in the page stopping these two fields from displaying in ready only mode? Thank you
