I am working with our internal mail infrastructure teams to look into enabling DKIM to improve email authentication as we only implemented SPF and not DKIM. I have reviewed KB50564 / Doc ID: 27022341 and also the Oracle GO DKIM Implementation slide deck.

Q1. Once I raise the Oracle SR, how long does it take Oracle to provide the DKIM DNS record?

Q2. Does Oracle rotate the private keys pairs either when they expire or in the event of a security breach as I could not find details regarding this from a Security view.
