SLA Rule for COGS with supplier Details

Summary:

Requiremnt is to have and SLA rule for one of the accounting string.

I have created a Mapping Set with Supplier details.

But the same is not visible in JERS LOV.

Is there a way to create Mapping set with Supplier details and same should be available in JER LOV for Cost Management Accounting.
