Unable to finding tables/queries for item history details in BI Publisher report.

We are developing a BI Publisher report to capture item-related details along with user-related attributes, additional object identifiers, and transaction history information (such as old value and new value columns).

All auditing options are enabled, and we can view these details in the application under the History tab (screenshot attached). However, we are unable to locate the corresponding backend tables or columns for these fields.

We have checked EFF tables but could not find the required data.

This is blocking report development, so any pointers or guidance would be appreciated.
