Configure Approval Rule for Work Schedule Assignment by different initiators

Summary

I would like to have work schedule eassignment approval flow by different condition. Can anyone suggest some potential solutions to the following questions:
1. How to configure the approval rule based on the initiator?
2. How to configure the approval hierarchy if the employee and the initiator are not in the same management hierarchy?

I would like to explain more in our case for the task Work Schedule Assignment. There are three situation:

  • Supervisor initiate the Work Schedule Assignment for their direct report and it automatically approved.
  • Admin initiate the Work Schedule Assignment for their group employee and it requires one tier supervisor approval for the employee.
