Pending configuration option not working.

Hi,

Our client is still using Legacy UI in the configuration side. Their i have enabled the pending configuration option in the configuration settings.

But it does not work.. When i click on pending configuration nothing showing there..

What should be the root cause? Is it because of the legacy UI?
