Can we define the "Externally Planned Load nbr" provided in Planned OB Load API to be OB load nbr ?

Summary:

Currently, the planned OB Load API requires a "load_nbr" that is then being passed in WMS to the order details as the "externally planned load nbr".

The OB load created in WMS that has this same "externally planned load nbr" has a WMS generated load nbr.

So we would like to know if it is possible to use the externally planned load nbr we provided in the API to also be the load nbr instead of having WMS generate a load nbr?

This is because the customer would like to switch to using externally planned load nbrs instead of using WMS generated load nbrs and if we can achieve the above this would avoid making live integration modifications.
