Redwood Pages – Position Field Not Populating During Hire Process

Hello,

After activating Redwood pages, my customer is experiencing an issue during the employee hiring process.
In the "When and Why" section, the Position field (dropdown) does not display any values, so it cannot be populated at this step.

Does anyone know why the Position field is not fillable, or why position values are not being populated in this part of the process?
I have not found any related discussions or documentation on this issue.
