How can I ensure that the header of change working hours will be visible after deployment?

I configured the header on change working hours page in VBS express mode.
Slot 1 - Person Number, Slot 2 - Position name
It is visible in preview but after deployment (also in Share Application Extension) instead of person number there is always NaN.
