Issue with BN Rule for appointments

Summary:

Hello team,

I am trying to setup a BN rule such that whenever I create an appointment, it should have the shipment gid like "SERVPROV-000123" in this format,

but somehow the SERVPROV is blank, and appt is getting generated like "DOMAIN.-000123" with bank service provider

I went through the doc and sure not missing anything, also tried to clear cache, but the issue is still there, if anyone have idea how to fix this, please help
