In My Team > Learning you can only search for direct reports. If we have other users who need to manage a persons learning where can we do this ?

In My Client Groups there is learning assignments but that is for learning admins and is in hcmUI, and there is also the 23B Learning Assignments list in Redwood but you cant change learner statuses in there.

In other My Team actions like Employment Info you have a filter 'Others and delegated' to see other persons you have access to and manage, so how can we achieve this ?
