No results if no filter is applied

Summary:

Hi,

We have an HR role with access to a compensation OTBI report. In order for the results to be displayed, HR must filter by at least one BU. However, if I assign the seeded role “Human Resource Analyst – View All” to them, the report launches automatically and displays all the data.

Is there a way for our custom HR role to display the report results without filtering?

FYI : we have created a SR and Oracle support confirmed that the report structure was OK.
