Configuration of a role for spend classification

in Spend Classification

I have created a new custom role in the cloud instance and added the 3 privileges mentioned in the Oracle docs

POI_ADMINISTER_SPEND_CLASSIFICATION_PRIV

POI_SPEND_CLASSIFICATION_WORKAREA_PRIV

POI_MANAGE_SPEND_CLASSIFICATION_BATCH_PRIV

But still could not see any data/line items under Configure tab to configure.
