Not able to Activate the Draft Contract through Import Contract Process

Summary:

We are doing Migration for Contracts, as a part of this we Load one contract with Draft Status through Import Process, then for the same contract we load with status as 'Active'. the Import Process is succeed, but the contract status is not changed to Active. still it is showing Draft only. Can anyone let me know, what we need to do?, And we don't have any contract approvals.
