Labor Distribution - Security Role/Privilege for FBDI Import Payroll Costs in LD Accountant

We would like to create a custom "Labor Distribution Accountant" role in order to remove the FBDI Import Payroll Cost functionality from the seeded role. The goal would be for users with the custom role to view the Manage Labor Costs work area within the Labor Distribution Module, but not have the roles/privilege to use the FBDI functionality to import payroll costs into the Labor Distribution Module. That is - in the Load Interface File for Import scheduled process, the user should not be able to select "Import Payroll Costs" from the Import Process dropdown.
