How to bulk load Employee Contact Medical Id, HIC, Medicare and RXID

There is a requirement to load the existing employee contacts additional information - Contact Medical Id, Contact HIC, Contact Medicare and Contact RXID.

These fields are available on the employee contacts page but not available in the Contact Business Objects for loading through HDL. Is there a way to load these data using HDL or there is any alternative?

Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
