absence enrollment upon reverse termination
Summary:
Hi All,
We have multiple accrual plans, some with open eligibility and some are based on eligibility.
Upon termination, system is automatically updating the Enrollment End date as of Termination date. Which working as expected.
Though, upon reverse termination, application is neither automatically removing the enrollment end date nor through 'update enrolment process'
We have to manually update the enrolment from 'Absences and Entitlement' Redwood Page for impacted employees by removing the end date and run the update enrollment process.
Can someone please suggest whether we are missing anything here or this is how application behaves?
