Smart View 25.100 default POV

Summary:

The 25.100 Smart View release includes the option to create a default POV for new ad-hoc grids. This is not working consistently across all our environments.

I set up a default POV in our production instance of FCCS (aka fccs-ejlv). The POV did not persist after closing excel. I then tried in our UAT environment (fccsnp3-ejlv) and in that instance it does persist but I note that the functions menu that pops up stores the environment friendly name.

I then tried in our project environment fccsnp3-test-ejlv but that does not persist either and as with production does not carry the environment friendly name in the functions menu.
