Accruals are not correct in Front End even after hardcoding in Fast Formula

Hi Team,

I have made a calculation for Accruals based on FTE and other items. I am getting correct value in logs but in front end i am getting wrong value.

This happening for only one employee. I hardcoded the accrual value in the Fast Formula. But still that employee is getting wrong value. please suggest.
