Error in the process of Confirm pick slips with sales order

Could someone help me understand why this is happening?
We have a development that is used to:
Create a pick wave
Confirm pick slips
ship confirm
However, throughout the day, across all organizations, certain orders remain in the Confirm pick slips process.
Through the integration, we submit the quantities, batches, and subinventory for each item.
In this case, the quantities submitted are:
D0101002 - Subinventory 1009, quantity 641, batch 2529401
D0101002 - Subinventory 1009, quantity 1159, batch 2528901
When reviewing the "Manage Shipment Lines" screen, I see a confirmed line on the Confirm pick slips. The status is "Staged" The line corresponds to a quantity of 300 cajas from lot 2529401.
