Clarification and Best Practices for Migrating from Hybrid FCCS to DSO

Summary:

We are currently using a Hybrid FCCS application and are planning to move to Dynamic Sparse Optimization (DSO). We have a few concerns and would like your clarification/support on the below points:

  1. If we plan to migrate to DSO mid-year (for example, in March), will it be necessary to unlock any previously locked periods and rerun translations or consolidations? Could you please confirm whether migrating in the middle of the year could lead to any data issues, inconsistencies, or other potential challenges?

I know, in the Oracle document it's mentioned that It is not necessary to unlock previously locked periods or rerun translations or consolidations when migrating mid-year and YTD data is removed during the DSO conversion. But just double checking again.

Howdy, Stranger!
