How can I reuse the deleted DFF in Transaction History?

We have created a DFF for ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 in Transaction History. Later, we deleted it because we wanted to use ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 for another field. Even after deleting, saving and deploying the DFF, ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 is not showing up in the "Table Column" field. We deleted the attribute from "Transaction Interface" DFF as well, but we are still not able to see ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1.

Please advise on what should be done.
