How to remove dataload mapping of deleted lookup dimension

Initially during development , we have created some additional lookup dimensions and created mappings against this DM dimension. Later we deleted those Dimensions but forgot to delete mappings. Now we are seeing redundant dataload mappings when we export mappings from All dimensions in Data integration. Mappings which we created within the deleted dimension are still shown. Can you please let me know how to ensure those mappings does not appear.
