Pending Worker global searchbar visibility

Hi everyone,

we need to hide the possibility for the pending worker to search for other employee in the global searchbar beacuse now he is able to see all the active employee at system. We thought it might be a data role problem, but we checked and correctly entered "View own record".

How can we hide this possibility for the pending worker? Can you suggest any workaround for this issue?
