Multi assignment employees
Hello,
Could anyone please advise the best practise/process for employees with multi assignments while on sickness leave?
Is this approach correct: If an employee has assignment no 1, and we key a sickness absence against that assignment, but want to mark this assignment as suspended/inactive and create a new assignment for the employee (assignment no 2). Should we close the absence keyed against assignment no 1 (before changing its status) and key it against new assignment no 2 (with a date next day after it was close against assignment no 1)?
