Allow Manager to View Document Record Type for Direct Reports but Create Same Document Type for Self

Summary:

We have a requirement to allow a manager to have view only access to a particular document type for their direct reports (MSS) but also have access to create the same document type for themselves (ESS). We have configured this document type for create access to be restricted to the Employee role.

When Line Manager and Employee role are granted together, this allows the manager access to create the document type for their direct reports, instead of being view only.

We can't remove document management privilege from Line Manager because they do need to manage other document types for direct reports.
