Issue Uploading Release XML in OTM Cloud Instance – Country Code Mandatory

Summary:

We are currently working OTM Cloud migration project and working on migration of release XML uploads in the cloud instance and encountering an issue at the location level.

In the on-premises environment, we were able to upload release XMLs without providing location address details. However, in the cloud instance, it is throwing an error indicating that the country code is mandatory even though location exists and transaction code is II.

Could you please let me know if there is any configuration or setting that allows the system to automatically derive the country code instead of requiring it to be passed explicitly in the release XML?
