is there a way to restrict user access during the time our pipeline runs to refresh data?

We have a pipeline that runs daily to refresh data from netsuite to NSPB. It takes about 1.5 hours total to run. I'd like to stop access to all users (other than admin) during this time. Is there a way to shut off access automatically?
