Bulk import of notes and tasks from oracle service cloud

We’re encountering issues while importing Notes and Tasks from Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) into Fusion HR Help Desk (HRHD) and Customer Management (CM).

Currently, the Notes object does not appear to properly link imported notes to their respective Service Requests (SRs) or Case references. Attempts have been made using both the Service Request Number and Service Request ID, but neither approach successfully establishes the relationship.

Similarly, Tasks need to be imported from OSC and there is not specific object in Oracle to import. can someone provide guidance on how to import them into help desk SR's and Case management Cases?
