How to stop Auto-Generated FCCS Tasks email notifications
We have a viewer team named "TaskMgr_Viewer", which is assigned as a viewer for all scheduled tasks. A user was recently added to this team to enable visibility of all FCCS Tasks in the EPM Tool. However, after being added, the user started receiving email notifications for every task status update, including those where he is not assigned as a Task Preparer or Approver.
But another user who is also a member of the "TaskMgr_Viewer" team is not receiving such notifications.
Please find below the screenshots of the User Preferences for both users. Kindly review and advise on how we can stop these auto-generated email notifications.
